This was the worst tax experience I have had. Not only did Bottom Line Income Tax have trouble filing my taxes, they didn’t tell me they were struggling to get the returns accepted until I asked weeks later because I hadn’t received my refund.On top of that they could not get my state refund accepted and told me I needed to print it, sign it, and send it in by mail.After paying $225 to get my taxes done, I had to pay more money and spend my own time filing it.That’s what I paid them to do but they didn’t. Also, they don’t answer the phone, don’t call people back, and don’t respond to emails.Don’t use this office, go somewhere else! It will save you a huge headache.Wish I would have listened to the friends who told me not to use them.
