The worst contractor ever. I spent over $10 million dollars on a renovation that lasted 3 years. After 1 year, several defects started to appear. When I asked BOWA to repair them, they tried to charge me a 30% fee for the repairs.I have found, over the past 6 years, several areas that corners were cut. Not only does BOWA charge you a contractors fee, but they sub out to other contractors who also charge a fee. For instance, if a pool was built, BOWA would hire a contractor who then subbed the work out. Bottom line, you pay BOWAs fee, then the POOL guys fee, who then sub subs the work out. You end up paying 60% more than you should. BOWA is a crook. There are other unethical things they did. Bottom line, DONT USE THEM.
