Wish I had gotten the colorful accountants because the one I talked to could have been the caricature for accountants.I presented my situation, a new business acquisition, told him what I thought and asked for his advice.After a month and calling 3 or 4 times I was finally able to get a meeting.He didnt tell me anything! Just kind of gave me my stuff back and said something about it being a good deal.Being the suspicious sort I took it to another accountant who found all kinds of pitfalls and issues for me to deal with.Steer clear!
