As a consumer involved in a purchase of a property, managed by Canyon Title, I find their service department to be very poor.After they miscalculated the closing documents and found their work in error they contacted me for reimbursement after closing.After review, I confirmed their error in the closing documents and contacted their office about repayment for the shortfall.They never responded until sending me a threat regarding legal action.Ive purchased and sold many residential and commercial properties and have never had such poor customer service as Canyon Title.
