HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE Cardinal Financial! We were working with Chris Berg and everyone there for a MONTH trying to get a simple pre-approval letter, getting bounced around, put to the side, and Chris himself was EXTREMELY rude through out this process- we just switched to another company and within 24 HOURS weve got our approval letter!DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! It will only be a waste of your time!
