That any company should operate solely on FAX or USPS in 2018 really should be criminal, yet this is how Champion Lending does business.To make matters worse, your FAX takes 24-48 hours to get into their system, and then up to 5 business days to be credited to your account.Their reasoning for not accepting email or website uploads is that they require “original signatures on everything.What a joke. On the phone their customer service reps have the emotional depth of a dead man. I simply cannot be rid of this organization fast enough.
