Absolutely Terrible! Been with CheckMate Small Business Solutions, Inc. for a few years and had a few issues since In or Out Taxes bought CM from Wes.I gave them the benefit of doubt until I had yet another issue today.I called to speak to someone but only to be answered by a message. I left VM twice.I then called up In or Out Tax service. I found out that CM works east coast hours? We are West Coast.I should have jumped ship a while back when I had to pry one of their employees off the bar stool across the street for 1pm appointment.He was wasted! Bought him lunch and watched him slobber as he ate.
