Our company had used their auditing service in the last couple years. Not a good experience I would say. Eventually we fired them subtly.Auditor Unprofessional. Inexperienced. The auditors would bring breakfast and eat right in the clients conference room.They would order take out (lunch) and eat in the conference room as well, leaving togo boxes and trashes behind by the end of the day.All but one (manager) of their staff would either be fresh graduates or someone who had only one or two year of experience in the field.Most speak Chinese Mandarin (fluently) but “amazingly have problem to converse in fluent English, given its a professional firm.Even the “highly experienced Taiwanese manager they sent had problem understanding English if you speak too fast, let alone understanding the accounting jargon in English.And, ohh, almost forgot to mention, our IT personnel actually found one of the auditors laptop was infected with malware when he tried to help them connect to our wifi network!!Work Quality Mediocre. Easily fooled. Given the people are inexperienced, dont expect the work to come out as high quality piece of work.Our accountant actually found mistakes in their audit report not just once, but several times.The auditors are lazy and can be easily satisfied. They didnt have a habit of sampling item theyd like to audit, which is a pretty standard procedure during any audit.They actually allowed us to do the sampling ourselves, out of laziness and convenience.This gave the accounting manager opportunities to manipulate the data and helped us passed easily.Rate Top rate would be charged, Guaranteed! They would log long hours of work, even stayed after hours.So expect to pay top dollar despite of the low quality of work they offer. Highly not recommended, ever!!
