I used to love CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union until recently.My credit card account was closed with no warning, my calls werent returned, i had to speak to 5 different employees, and all the rebates I had earned throughout the year were gone.The online banking locked me out because I had lost my internet connection while trying to log in.There is no 24 hour support or chat to solve problems and tomorrow is a holiday when all branches are closed.They can barely help during operational hours.If you need after hours support or immediate help on a weekend/holiday, you better have a second bank account or forms of payment to access your money and accounts.
