Scammers! We got a good faith estimate for a VA loan with Community West Mortgage LLC They charge an insanely high origination fee (triple what is legally permitted on a VA loan).We ended up going with a local bank, getting the same amount back at closing, and financing $6,300 LESS than the ridiculous quote Community West gave us.
