Original Complaint against Dapper Ducts published at DirtyScam.com says, verbatim –
Yani and his crew came to my house, that I am renting as my landlord scheduled them to clean the ducts in preparation for my newborn daughter to come home in two weeks. They arrived at my home at around 10 am and began to work. I asked if there was a lot of dust that would result from the cleaning and he assured me there wasnt but I covered the bassinet and crib anyway. When my landlord got here he asked if they had additional drop cloths to cover the remaining furniture in the nursery as I used all the ones that I had, and Yani said it wasnt necessary. My landlord disagreed with him saying they should cover it regardless because a newborn baby would be in the house within two weeks! At that point Yani said he was done with the job and he and his crew left the house barely having begun cleaning the ducts. They left all of the vents uninstalled from the ducts, and left a hole that had been cut into the furnace vents uncovered so my furnace couldnt be turned on .in December. Yanis focus is clearly getting things done quickly, rather than safely and with cleanliness in mind. I would not recommend anyone using Dapper Ducts in the future.
