My experience ended VERY badly NO STARS FROM ME!!! They took my pawn payments each month. Then when i came to payout, they said they had been robbed and my items were stolen months ago, while i was still making payments So they continued taking my payments and never notified me. They didnt provide any proof, police report, or insurance info regarding a robbery. The clerk didnt know anything about a robbery(???!!!) The manager expected me to pay off items they SAID they DIDNT have, and would give me something else of which I had no idea of its condition. BEWARE!!! Not surprised of new building if they keep your items and your payments I threatened legal action, but was also experiencing a loss of family at the time
