Deran Koligian Ambulatory Care Center is awful. I think they treat us like this because I/we have Medi-Cal. The medical assistants there shouldnt have that job.Theyre good for nothing. Prescription calls are never returned. Messages left for the RN are never returned.Making a complaint to the state. The employees do not really care for the patients.This is coming from someone who has been working in the medical field for 15 years.They dont deserve benefits or a decent pay wage. For what they bring to the table, theyre worthy of $9.00 per hour pay.Awful place to be a patient. Waiting on my PPO and Im finding a new doctor.I pray they all go through what they put me through. Physically and mentally.
