I met with Diane O’Brien, EA3 1/2 weeks before the tax deadline. She told me she would work on my taxes the following week.After not getting my returns back, I called twice and left messages with her answering service with no response.Finally I went to her office 5 days before the filing deadline to try to catch her in person.She told me that she hadn’t even started the returns, but was hoping to over the weekend.When I asked her how I was going to have time to review the filing before the deadline, she said “maybe you’ll have to file an extension”.I would not even have known that had I not had time to stop by and see her.Needless to say, I took my paperwork back with me to find an alternative solution.Diane’s communication and responsiveness are terrible.This seems consistent with some of the other negative reviews.
