The people at Direct Mortgage CorporationOffice are very rude and not customer friendly in any way.I was calling into their office yesterday trying to reach Kent who was working on our loan and it took hours just to get one document reviewed to send back.When I called towards the end of the day to find out whats holding everything up the “Gatekepper would not let me talk to him because they dont take calls from the consumer.Ummm hello we are the ones buying this house and going to pay the mortgage and you cant talk to us?!? That was crap.I told them I was a realtor and were they able to talk to the realtor. She says I dont know.I asked her can you ask and find out and her response was NO! I really hope they sell my loan because their customer service SUCKS!They have low ratings Im assuming because of how they treat their consumers.Horrible customer service!
