Ditech Mortgage Eric Miller is the worst mortgage servicer I have ever encountered.My Prime (not sub-prime) mortgage was transferred or sold to this bunch of dolts.Since then, there site is down or unable to accept payments on most days.I set up auto-payment to get around a company that cant manage a website to support their business model which is to collect mortgage payments.Trying to reach a customer service agent is no less than a 45 minute wait on hold.So good luck with that. If your broker suggests Ditech go elsewhere.
