I wouldnt recommend this lending scam to my worst of enemies. They should change the name to “Dont Do Hard Money “.I was told to pay a $1600 fee prior to viewing my property which was located in Chicago Illinois.The lender/agent lady I spoke to name was Sonja Johnson. She told me if they didnt fund my property I wold get a refund.After my $1600 donation she googled the property & said that they couldnt fund it because of vacant lots near the property , Schools in the area & a bunch of other haberdashery.I asked for my money back & thats w hv en I knew I was scammed call after call being given the run around.I reported them to the Better Business Bureau(also a scam), Thats when I received a call, but no solutions.If youre in need of hard money lending ask someone who has used the company in question.Preferably a lender in the area where you plan on purchasing the property.I had the same property funded by a local hard money lender that a friend recommended.I purchased the property for $180k put 100k into & it appraised for $375k.
