Ive been with Dr. Alexander Korsunsky for over a year but now finally leaving to find a real doctor.One with an actual bedside manner which can do something beside looking bored, cleaning wax out of ears.He checked my prostate in such an unbelievably rough manor, I felt like I was being raped! My last doctor was so slick you barely knew he did anything.He no longer wants to fill the same medications that Ive been using very effectively for over 6 years. Hes become more a referrals agent than an actual MD.Im also sick of his staff telling me to call back and/or not returning calls or important emails. The head receptionist is extremely ineffective.They all speak in a think foregn accent making it difficult to understand them.And heres my favorite: walking into the lobby which wreaks of cigarette smoke when the doctor has left for the day.Nearly everytime I drive past, I can see the receptionist smoking cigarettes in the parking lot.The place always looks unkempt and depressing. Time to find a real doctor not a Russian referral agency.This mans practice leaves little to be desired. Just rediculous.
