I come in at my first appointment with Dr. Anne Ford and the front desk lady tells me that some shuffling happened and they forgot to call me to tell me that my appointment was cancelled so I wouldnt be able to see her.THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. How are you going to tell me that she cant see me the day I come In for my scheduled appointment? You should have called me in advance so I wouldnt have to waste my time or take A day off work to come here.Lack of organization. Lack of professionalism.
