I was honestly pretty satisfied with Dr. Anne Han as my go-to dermatologist, but definitely cannot recommend her if shes going to charge for unnecessary visits.Ive been seeing Dr. Han for about a year now for a keloid scar removal.Month after month, Id go in and get a steroid injection for the scar (with my most recent insurance, the visit wouldve been in the $200 range).However, during my most recent visit, instead of telling me that the scar was completely gone and there was no need for an injection, Dr. Han injected an active pimple.It wasnt until I brought it up and was super unhappy about the lack of transparency that Dr. Han said itd be a courtesy visit and then she walked away.Also, Marcelo (the receptionist who handles all of her scheduling) is always super rude and unhelpful on the phone.I also want to echo previous reviews and mention that the billing team takes forever and I constantly get letters in the mail saying that my insurance provider has been trying to contact the office for billing claims.
