Five stars for Dr. Evelyne LLorente if you can get in to see her. I have been going here for years and have been extremely happy with Dr. Evelyne LLorente.That is, until she got a new reception staff. Her wonderful receptionist Carmen retired and now she has this awful staff.They are consistently horrible and I gave them more than once chance.They don’t even acknowledge you’ve arrived in the waiting area. There’s no ‘hello’.I’ve tried being nice but that does’t worki. It’s uncomfortable and I didn’t like going there anymore.I waited three months for my appointment and her receptionist called and cancelled my appointment the day before I was to arrive saying they would call me back. They never did.I have called three times, making sure I wasn’t calling during the lunch hour, and they never answered.I left messages and never got a return call. This happened once before and her staff told Dr. Llorente they were having phone problems.I’m not buying it as this never happened with her other receptionist.I’ve been going for years and there’s never been a problem where they don’t get messages, cancel appointments, and don’t return calls.And this is a doctor’s office. Months later and this is happening again.And now what’s the excuse? Are they going to claim phone problems again? Poor Dr. Llorente.I wonder if she has any clue what is going on behind her back. Such a shame.
