Dr. Feuille Edmond G is not someone who I would recommend for use during pregnancy.He typically uses pelvimetry (measuring the pelvis) on his pregnant patients and commonly recommends cesarean section because of a “suspected small pelvis size for many of his first time patients without letting his patients attempt a vaginal delivery.This practice is outdated and is not recommended by current medical research.During pregnancy the pelvis softens due to hormones so that it can expand during labor and birth.According to research many women with “suspected small pelvis will go on to have normal vaginal deliveries.Dr. Feuille is very nice and compassionate but clearly not advocating the best plan of care in this situation.
