As expressed by Dr. Henry Cheng himself, if you are a female, he can’t and WON’T help you. From my last and final visit with this “Doctor” .My last concern was a blemish I had noticed on my face, which has been bothering me lately.I asked him to take a look at it. He looked without palpating or examining my skin and just commented, “it looks like it might be wart . . ” He then wanted me to lay down so he could feel my stomach.At this point, he seemed to be concluding the physical. I said, “what about the thing on my face?” He said, “It’s nothing serious, I wouldn’t worry about.”I said “I know it’s not anything serious, but it bothers me.” He then got defensive, again.He said, “I’m not going to touch it because when I’ve done anything with women and their faces in the past, they are just to finicky (or fussy).If you were a man, I’d have no trouble treating you. I’m sorry to lump you in with them, but that’s the way I am.I would recommend going to a dermatologist.” I was shocked and really didn’t know how to respond to such blatant pigeonholing and sexism.Before I could gather my thoughts and respond, he left the room without saying anything else, like “we’ll see you at your next visit.”I will never visit this office again. This man has no empathy for women
