Office is really dirty and old. The staff is rude and arrogant. I called one time to make an appointment, the MA said she would call me back but didnt even get my phone number before rudely hanging up.Which is also weird considering I was an existing patient and they didnt have a contact number for me in my file.Very incompetent. I had to call back 5 minutes later just to give her my number.Once I did get my appointment (which was difficult to get in the first place) they didnt even know the reason for my visit even though I had informed them 4 times as to why I wanted to see the doctor) I had to wait 45 min after my appointment time to be taken back.Finally there, Dr. Malhotra Vinod came in and asked if I had this problem before.Which was irritating considering I was hospitalized for my problem and went to see him after I was discharged, this last visit was a 2 month follow up on a problem that was still there ..was this information not in my file along with my contact number? He saw my for exactly 8 seconds, asked me two questions, and just left.And this was not the first time! Dr. Malhotra and his staff do not show that they care.Only reason I go there is for our HMO. I am changing doctors.
