Dr. Parsa Thomass office overcharged me $220.00 in February 2018 and despite me providing written proof REFUSES to refund me.The female (other adjectives fit her better, but..)who answers the phone is NOT helpful, diagnoses you over the phone, then decides if youre worthy enough for an appointment.She had me on hold one day so long that I had time to drive there before she came back to the line.Is this the kind of medical attention you want?
