This review is for the front desk staffs. Super unorganized, messes up billing, records, etc. Dr. Robert Ha is a good doctor but he has a horrible team.Today I called to schedule an appointment, the lady who picked up the phone sounded like she was irritated and tired and told me theres nothing available and I asked if they take walk-ins and she said : uh yeah but we will have a lot of walk-ins too! Maybe its time for her to change her job to be a psychic.
