Horrible its Beyond HOrrible. Terrible receptionist, scary looking nurse, and most importantly, very very impolite and inconsiderate Doctor.I seriously dont understand how Dr. Shirley Chung has such high reviews. But then again, this place was only reviewed by only 15 people.So Im sure there are plenty of other ppl out there who has had complaints with this place, but just did not decide to take the time to review on.From to begin with, I visited this doctor just by relying on the reviews and was I terribly wrong.The receptionist there is not necessarily mean or rude, but she just doesnt come off polite.Shes not caring, and she seemed like she was brushing off all the patients.But anyway, I had a severe, BAd UTI, so the doctor prescribed me w/ antibiotics.4 days later, I wasnt getting any better and started to face all kinds of complications and actually my symptoms for UTI got worse.I freaked out and called the doctors office immediately and asked to speak to the doctor directly.The receptionist impolitely brushed me off, saying that the doctor wont be able to talk to me since shes too busy.I asked if I can leave a msg so the doctor can call me back at her earliest convenience.I couldnt believe my EARS. The receptionist responded saying the doctor wont be able to call me back at all!WAT kinda after service is this? I had explained to her it is VERY URGENT and that I really need to speak to the doctor RIGHT NOW.It may not be urgent or important to them, but it is life threatening matter for me!The receptionist calmy told me I should hang up and call 911. and LATER she somehow changed her mind and talked to the doctor.. and the doctor said something is wrong w/ the antibioitics im taking so they need to prescribe me with the NEW ONE Okay,, I took this medication for over 5 days and almost done with it, and now I gotta take the new one Am I just being used as an experiment for different types of antibiotics? ANyway, this place SUCKS and Im never coming to see SHIRELEY CHUNg, whatever her name is ever again. Good luck
