Dr. Theresa Kim is nice but -or perhaps is her assistant Nicole- is extremely unprofessional.I visited her office, got two different test done. It took me several calls and actually getting upset on the phone to get my results.I emailed her assistant and never got a response. Dr. Kim called me back and said she would refer me to an allergist.I thanked her and told her I was still suffering with breathing issues and appreciated the referral.Its been weeks and I have not heard from them.Am I supposed to harass them and spend hours on the phone to get copies of my results too? Never again!
