Dr. Valentino Garcia is not the sort of professional, reliable doctor you would want to entrust with your health.Have a question about something? You can call, but it will always go to voicemail, and hell never call back.Send an email? You have at best a 1% chance of reply.Need prior authorization for your insurance to cover a prescription? Hell promise to send it in, only for you to call your insurance and find theyve never received anything.Most recently, he sent an email out to all his patients about how he forgot to renew his prescription license and would be unable to prescribe new medications for up to 3 months.Im sure thats fine for his patients that rely on these medications to live a normal life.Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.There are other doctors in the city that actually have an office and will take the time to answer questions you might have along the way.
