Called to schedule an appointment, as Dr. Yuen Silvia is the listed primary care physician on my insurance, only to find that she DOES NOT accept new patients and does not make exceptions, even though it is her office that indicated on the [TriWest] directory as accepting new patients.Had I known, I wouldve saved the time and energy of having to request a new doctor!Keep your information up-to-date if youre not accepting new patients.
