Complete ripoff, I got my bill and they charged me over $500 for nothing.They should really be ashamed of themselves. Do not go DT Ton & Associates for any reason they will screw you!Really disappointing. Last year I went to the DT Ton & Associates in Fountain Valley and so I was expecting the same level of service but I was sorely mistaken.The first day I went in Kim “helped me but it was a Sunday near closing time and she lied to my face and said she couldnt pull my previous years tax returns.When I couldnt find them a week later I called and trinh said that wouldnt be a problem.Neither of the girls I spoke with made any attempts to ask questions about deductions I could take on my return.Luckily I had written down quite a few so I hope I got the return I was expecting but I doubt it.The person ( D.T.Ton johnathan) at the Fountain Valley location from the year before asked me a ton of questions and I dont believe I would have gotten such a great return if I it wasnt for him.I will definitely make the drive back to my old tax place next year and will never return to this location.Watch out!
