Do NOT use them if you need them to fix your a/c.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR PTO.They do not call back or respond to messages but have time to post about cats to the business Facebook page.They seemed great at first. We just moved here in July and the thermostat stopped working after painting the wall it was on. So we asked a neighbor we just met if they knew anyone and Edwards Air was recommended. The reviews looked great. They were helpful in getting us a new thermostat under warranty for us to install on Monday. Once we got home it did not work and realized it was a more advanced problem with our Trane system.I called to schedule an appointment when we realized the new thermostat didn’t work. I was off Wednesday and asked if they had availability. Shawn said the best she could do was Thursday morning but she might be able to get her crew to come Wednesday after a job and she wouldn’t know till Wednesday. Shawn said she would call me on Wednesday and let me know if it would be Wednesday or Thursday. I waited until 4pm Wednesday and decided to call. She said she’d let me know by 5:30-6pm and that maybe Jimmy would come by Thursday morning.I never heard from them again.My husband stayed home from work just in case Jimmy showed up Thursday. We called and left multiple messages. They never showed or called. My husband wasted a day off.I was even honestly worried that someone was injured or something happened to not call back given how great they were initially. This is a husband/wife team so that could happen. I even went on their Facebook page to see if they left any information as to why they didn’t call back. Apparently she has time to post about cats that have the same names as them but not a minute to call us back. So yeah definitely not injured or sick.At least give us the curtesy to say hey we are busy or your job is on the bottom of our list and we can’t get to you until this date.Very unprofessional to not even write back or call…and it’s been over two weeks and nothing…not a word.After wasting a week trying to use Edwards Air we called All Tech Services. They were great and actually call back and show up.
