That was totally a bad experience. I will never consider Edwards Chevrolet-280 dealership anymore, and tell my friend this dealership is bad. Im looking for a 2019 Camaro 2ss. I called in noon to check availability.I made a reservation for the test drive same day at afternoon. The salesman told me the car has been hold for me and will be ready around 4 pm.My friend and I drove 1 hr in the raining day from Tuscaloosa to the dealership.When we arrived, the sells manager directly came out and told me the car has been sold at few mins ago.I even never met the salesman who contacted me.The manager said he could order a new one but I had to do all the paper work and promised I will get the car from him.I dont know if this is normal in US.
