Lost the opportunity to purchase a really nice home (foreclosure) because of the Embrace loan officers inexperience with Embrace Home Loans requirements for inspections and such.We were given misinformation on hiring a renovation contractor which resulted in otherwise avoidable delays.The home went to a buyer with a knowledgeable lender. There are better more qualified lenders around than Embrace.Do a little searching and youre sure to find one. Dealing with Embrace was a problematic waste of time.
