Talk about bait and switch! Emily Hayes, Realtors bubbly personality makes you think shes your best friend and wants to help you.Shes here for the commission. I asked her up front if she had time to work with us.She went on vacation right after she took the photos of our house; delaying getting it on the market during Thanksgiving season.It wasnt her only vacation while our house was on the market.She lowered the price of our house 10k without speaking to my husband or myself.She uses technology to avoid doing anything; and she doesnt warn you.I was suddenly getting texts to set up home listings. She put a key box on the house and told us not to be there when people were.I worked from and she assured me that she would let the other realtors know to be quiet.And when they werent, she shrugged and said realtors dont read the notes.She made me email her a list of the houses features, and then got them wrong on the listing and had to edit it.She went to a concert during our closing. She uses her husband to fill in for her and you have no say in who will show up, even though you didnt hire him.She even tried to butter us up with “advance screening movie tickets.It was really a sales pitch for herself and some of her friends. Morgage brokers, etc.
