Equity Prime Mortgage LLC NMLS #21116 is the worst professional organization Ive ever had to deal with. Dealing with the Manahawken, NJ office.We were treated very kindly in the beginning, but as time went on (5 days total) we were being avoided and out of the loop.I had to call the corporate offices to get in contact with Erics immediate supervisor.I then later received a HORRIBLE phone call from the loan officer we had originally spoken with to initiate application.His name is Joe DiLeonardo. He actually YELLED at me for “complaining to corporate! I actually hung up on him.I dont care how much someone in a sales position dislikes my motivation to get the ball rolling I REFUSE to be treated disrespectfully and as if I did something wrong trying to get a prequalification letter in order to put in an offer!As a result, because of the delay in getting a prequalification letter, we lost the house we were interested in to another buyer.Happy to say we are working with a friendly, motivated mortgage company now who has no problem going the extra mile to fund our loan!
