If I could give ERO Lending zero stars I would ! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT GET A HOME LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY!I wish I wouldve known how horrible of a company this was when I applied and took the job.THERE ARE NO BONUSES ! YOU CAN NOT EVEN GET 40 HOURS A WEEK.The manager acts as if he is so Christian like and holy but is very rude, unprofessional and have any work ethic.If you are looking for a job where you are not appreciated, or getting emails on weekends stating that you are not working for a week or getting an email stating that you are basically laid off on a Saturday this is the job for you.This man has had MULTIPLE employees go in and out his office due to lack of professionalism.This job is almost like a scam, he tells you everything that you want to hear just to get you in because he is desperate for employees.Hes rude to people coming from a home loan, if you dont have any money dont bother because he will not help you because you are broke.
