The receptionist At Family Medicine Health Center by the name of Maria was totally flippant and ill mannered.Coming here today ruined my day. I wouldnt want this girl representing my business.The worst experience Ive ever seen at a doctors office.This receptionist failed at doing her job, she had trouble in completing a simple duty of scheduling an appointment for a kind hearted Senior Citizen client who was waiting patiently.Her behavior was totally UnAmerican!I heard her using a very unpleasant tone of voice at a customer who was patiently waiting to get his appt.Card who noticed she was helping everybody who came in after him.When the gentleman asked about his appt, she rudely said, I had to help somebody The gentleman said, Im somebody too. Very unprofessional decorum.This receptionist should not be working at a doctors office.The content of her heart truly showed in her character.
