I found Robert B Wilcock on MyHouseDeals.com as a private lender and I e-mailed him seeking a 500k loan, after a few Financed Properties LLC which is registered in Nevada, Company Name: FINANCED PROPERTIES, L.L.C. Entity NumberE0698892008-9 Status Active Business Type Domestic Limited- Liability Company Business ID NV20081127837I was asked to send $5000.00 as a processing/insurance fee then my loan would be issued, after I send the funds I was then told I had to send another $8000.00 for loan insurance, I said that I was told I would not have to pay any thing else and that they can deduct it from the loan, they said no, and I said that this is a fraud and I will report him to the Police and FBI. I am waiting for his response as this should not be allowed to scam people hard earned money.
