This was an awful refinance and we are still having to clean up First Cals mess! If refinances had any oversite in the state of Colorado I would be reporting First Cal E. Crescent.They messed up our closing, didnt do the paperwork required to close accounts that were being paid in full(and now we have to go thru the hassle of doing it-the lender said that First Cal shouldve had this paperwork taken care of at closing).Never paid the property tax bill that was due this month-its their one month to service the account!I had to call and find out what happenedapparently, again, this shouldve been taken care of at closing, according to the person at First Cal corporate in California.The local company, here in Greenwood Village, was responsible for all of this.Weve done this process several times with other companies, and NEVER had the issues we had with First Cal.
