I have an auto loan through FirstMerit Bank and Im not happy with their service at all. Here are just a few complaints:1) They have never sent me a proper bill. The first letter I got just said, “Send X amount to this address by the 27th in the upper right corner.There was no perforated area to tear off and send in like any other normal bill.2) The last letter I got said I owed nearly $200 more than I actually owe and it was dated 2 weeks after my last payment was processed.3) Their online system is difficult to use. I dont even think there is an online option to pay.4) The worst- Ive called multiple times this week to ask very simple questions and they have not been able to answer them.They are NOT helpful. I dont even know of a branch I can go into and talk to someone.Its the worst bank Ive ever dealt with in my life.I will be happy when my loan is done and I will never bank with them again.If my loan was any longer I would transfer to another bank.
