Horrible service! I called today to ask some questions and the women who answer kept huffing and puffing like I was an inconvenience.My boyfriend and I have never needed a tax accountant before and being out of state I needed to ask basic questions and she didnt have the time nor care that I needed an appointment.If I could give 0 stars I would. Basic customer service skills should be a must for this company if they want to work with the public.
