Inf Feb 5th, I tried to get refinance for my house from several companies,Foundation Financial Group requested me put some money ($400) to appraise my house, I did it.The company charged huge money for loan originate fee (around $4000).I did not appraise through them, because at very last moment, I found some banks did not ask me pay any loan urination fee.So, I choose the bank. I want to back my deposit for apprising fee, FFG told me it will not be going to refund fully, it could refund $200.Today, March 2nd 2013 Still they did not refund at all.
