ABSOLUELY NOT! With top rated credit and over two months Freedom Mortgage USA could not get the loan done.The day before closing they said the appraisal was short.Then a week later they declined the loan due to other problems with the appraisal.They hired the appraiser!I was able to get the same property closed with Wells Fargo in less than half the time at a better rate.Terrible company and lousy service. Stay Away!ONe star only because cant give a zero!
