I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from Freeway Honda dealership. The salesman Rick Henry is a liar and can’t be trusted. I was told a vehicle was at one of their overflow lots on a Wednesday night.Then I was told a car was arriving Thursday.I called on Friday because I was told we would look over car (Brand New 18 Honda Accord) and sing paperwork but that didn’t happen either.I was told Saturday that we could come and look at vehicle and sign paperwork but test again that changed and no responses from Rick Henry even though we were supposedly third in line to sign for vehicle.It wasn’t until Monday around lunch, I was told the truth that the car didn’t arrive until late Saturday night by new person by the name of Brook.This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING A CAR FROM THIS PLACE !
