I got braces two months ago and after a recent tightening am having a problem that is leaving my mouth so swollen I had to go to the emergency room. I called their number, which says if this is an emergency, please call xxx-xxx-xxxx or leave a message. I did both several times and after two days am in so much pain I can hardly stand it. How can you have an emergency number which no one answers?!
