I was supposed to get my order for $500 within a week. That is what I expected at least. It was not the first time that I ordered from this website. There were times when they used to deliver on time and responded to every query.However, since few months, they have badly deteriorated in their service. They do not care about customers and put them down by not replying to the support tickets. Lately, they have been ignorant about everything.The last order that I placed was received after a month and the next replacement was made when I emailed them a couple of times. This took more than a month again. Every time they blamed the Canada Post. But, I never had a problem with any other online shipment then how come these people always find Canada post so daunting.This was the third and last chance I decided to order from this store. I had decided that if they process late delivery I would never order from them again. However, this experience was the worst of all. I never received my shipment.I ordered for $500 which was my mistake. I should have been cautious after so many delays lately. But, I was in an impression that I would get my product even if it reaches late. Hence, I made this huge order. I also was not sure if I was ever going to order from them. Thinking about all these sides, I made an order of $500 which was the highest I ever did with Gangaexpress.After a month, when I started panicking about the shipment, I created a ticket with these guys. Before opening this ticket, I even wrote to them about the shipment and asked for an answer. When they did not reply, I created the ticket. However, I did not get any reply.After few more mails, I received a reply stating that they would send the replacement and would change the ticket from urgent to normal. Are these guys sending common emails to everyone? They never marked my ticket as urgent. Then what were they talking about?However, I still waited. The order I made was in January 2018. This is April and still, no courier sent. I have written them few more times, but they are not very much interested in replying back with one request.I have to follow up continuously only to get the same reply which is mostly automated. Otherwise, they would have known what mess they have put me into. These guys should not be trusted. All that they do is gain the trust of their customers and once the customer starts ordering for big prices, they stop sending the orders.I am sure the good reviews are from the new customers. Those who have been dealing with this company for quite some time would be able to relate to this frustrated customer. It was all a planned game that this store played with me.
