He pretending a western union director of lome togo republic. They saying I have insurance deposit by one of the army of america.. Then when you said your interested, to process your money they will ask you to send them $250 for activation fee in western. Theres no such thing activation fee in western, i confirm also the identity of this man. The western union said this is a big scammer. So pleaae kindly reporr this person so reduce the scammed in the world.
