I do not recommend Global Mortgage. when I applied my loan, I had more than 20% down payment and did not want to have an escrow.Chrissy told me that it is ok to have an escrow and promised me that I can cancel it right after my closing.When she told me this, se did not verify with loan company regarding the escrow cancellation policy at all.After my closing, I found out that I need to wait for at least 2 years before I can even cancel my escrow acct.Thanks a lot for giving out false information. This is not right to lie to your customers.
