Stay away. Rachel Bernstein is absolutely awful. She took 4 weeks to process my paperwork, though Im not sure she ever did anything.Constantly lied to and ignored. She would take 3 days to respond to an email, but usually be vague, rude or condescending and never advance anything.Either she knows nothing about her line of work, or just doesnt care.I applied to 3 FAR MORE CREDIBLE LENDERS, and was approved in 24 hours!Dont bother allowing them to ding your credit score, just choose a different lender.There are millions to choose from, that want your business and will actually work for you.
